The Funded Trader has updated its 1 Step Knight Challenge, with the new rules going live today. This updated version streamlines the evaluation process for traders, offering a more flexible and accommodating environment to trade in. The new version eliminates the previous two-step process, now allowing traders to complete the challenge in a single phase. With an increased maximum loss limit of 8% (previously 6%), traders have more room to manage their positions without the risk of being disqualified too quickly. Additionally, the daily loss limit is 5%, which is balance-based and operates under a soft breach system, giving traders further flexibility in their trading strategies.
The challenge now requires traders to maintain a 1.5% profit per day for five days, ensuring consistency while giving more leeway for those aiming to pass the evaluation. Traders also can trade with up to 20 accounts, which is a notable increase in the number of accounts they can manage simultaneously. Furthermore, news trading and the use of automated trading systems (EAs and cBots) are available, providing more opportunities for traders to employ their preferred strategies. The consistency score is at 50% for both the challenge phase and the funded phase, ensuring that traders maintain a steady level of performance throughout their evaluation.
Once traders pass the updated challenge, they enter the funded phase, which also comes with some attractive features. The maximum loss remains at 8% (static), and the daily loss limit is 5%, giving traders greater flexibility during their live trading. The funded phase also allows any-time payouts with a generous 95% profit split, making it an appealing opportunity for those looking to scale their trading career. Traders also have to achieve at least two profitable days with a 1% profit each during the withdrawal cycle, ensuring that withdrawals are based on consistent performance.
